I love this game so much and play it EVERYDAY for 8 months. Peoples have to fail again and again and watch adv to save coins for upgrade actually lower peoples interest for this game. It doesn’t make sense and doesn’t seem fair. 6 times more coins to upgrade doctors when all the prizes from smiling faces and other activities remain the same. After this update, patience gone quicker compares to before. I already fully upgraded everything in 6 locations, patients in other locations did not required more than 4 treatments. I spent all my 400k coins to upgrade ONLY few levels for all my doctors in Tokyo but still cannot pass because each patient required 4-5 treatments (difficulty 111 and doctors are levels 135). The new update seems ridiculous!! It takes 6 TIMES more coins to upgrade each doctors now! My difficulty and doctors are 100+ for each location and it took 1xxx coins to upgrade each doctors before, now it takes 6xxx coins.
